West of Newark, DE over Conowingo Dam. Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from Independence. Camp Oest Web Site and Baltimore Area Council Web Page.

Directions to Camp Oest:

1. From Newark take 273 West (West
Main Street) to Route 1.
2. Take Route 1 over Conowingo Dam
3. Take Right off Route 1 at MD 136
4. Travel 3 miles and take a right
(North) on Route 440.
5. Travel .1 mile; make a left turn onto
Castleton Road.
6. Travel 1.4 miles; make a left onto
Day Road.
7. Travel .1 mile; make a right onto
Robinson Mill Road (street sign will
indicate no outlet).
8. Travel .6 mile to entrance of Camp
Oest.
